When they were near Jhumba village, the victim’s father allegedly tied the youth to a tree and chopped off his hands below wrist with a sharp-edged weapon.The father of a rape victim has allegedly taken his revenge by chopping off both hands of the accused, who had allegedly raped his 7-month-old daughter two years ago, in Bathinda, Punjab. A rape case was registered in the case. Since the accused was then a juvenile, he was finally presented before the court recently. The father set up a meeting with the accused on the pretext of case settlement and then chopped off his hands.
