Apr 19, 2016- The government on Tuesday recommended the names of 18 people for the post of ambassadors to various countries.
A Cabinet meeting today took this decision.
Twenty-one Nepali Embassies were lying vacant for a long period.
According to sources, Mahendra Bahadur Singh, Yuvraj Karki, Shiva Maya Tumbahamphe, Narad Bhardwaj, Lucky Sherpa, Dubasu Chhetri, Niranjan Thapa, among others, have been nominated as ambassadors.
