Home made alcohols are made by fermenting different food products and the enzymes and bacteria that ferment them are very harmful for human health on their own.But people mix different kinds of things in them which make them poisonous and many have lost their lives because of it. Police are trying as much as they can to stop the production of these kinds of alcohol and has been made strictly illegal. Police throw away these drinks but despite the efforts, the production has till not stopped in Kathmandu.<br /><br />In the video it cam be clearly seen that different kinds of inedible things like clothes, shoes and even urea fertilizer are being used in the alcohol to make them more strong. The spectacular views of the Manaslu- Himachali and Annapurna ranges can be seen to the north of the temple. The temple is approximately a 104 kilometres (65 mi) drive from Kathmandu and can also be reached via bus east from Pokhara in around three to four hours.[3]<br />Mythical foundation[edit]<br /><br />The legend of Manakamana Goddess dates back to the reign of the Gorkha king Ram Shah during the 17th century. It is said that his queen possessed divine powers, which only her devotee Lakhan Thapa knew about. One day, the king witnessed his queen in Goddess incarnation, and Lakhan Thapa in the form of a lion.[4] Upon mentioning the revelation to his queen, a mysterious death befell the king. As per the custom of that time, the queen committed Sati (ritual immolation) on her husband’s funeral pyre. Before, her sati the queen had assured Lakhan Thapa that she would reappear in the near future. Six months later, a farmer while ploughing his fields cleaved a stone. From the stone he saw a stream of blood and milk flow. When Lakhan heard an account of this event, he immediately started performing Hindu tantric rituals at the site where the stone had been discovered thus ceasing the flow of blood and milk. The site became the foundation of the present shrine. According to tradition, the priest at the temple must be a descendent of Lakhan Thapa.[5]<br />Manakamana Darshan[edit]<br /><br />Darshan comes from the Sanskrit word meaning sight. The pilgrimage to Manakamana is made by a great many people every year. This religious expedition to see the Goddess Bhagwati at Manakamana is hence referred to as Manakamana Darshan. According to Hindu mythology the universe is said to consist of five cosmic elements- earth, fire, water, air and ether. </span></u></i></b></div>

Employees of NID are issued fire arms in need but they don't have official uniform and mostly do their work through their undercover agents.<br /><br />The National Investigation Department (NID), Nepal is one of the government’s main intelligence agency collecting information related to the national security, public security, economic crimes, corruption in government and domestic and foreign terrorist activities. It comes under the direct supervision of the Home Ministry of Nepal. The main motive behind it’s built was neither hostile nor humanitarian, but an airborne tow truck for the now-defunct Soviet space shuttle program.This airplane is 290 feet, which is longer than five semi-truck trailers set end-to-end.The wide body of this biggest aircraft is powered by six turbofan engines,which is the longest and heaviest airplane ever built, with a maximum takeoff weight of 640 tonnes. Comedian couple Sitaram Kattel and Kunjana Ghimire best known as "Dhurmus-Suntali" led out an adorable campaign for Integrated Settlement for quake victims on their own. The comedian duo of Sitaram Kattel (Dhurmus) and Kunjana Ghimire (Suntali) of the weekly sitcom Meri Bassai were in the US in the middle of a two-and-a-half month tour when the Great Earthquake rattled Nepal on April 25. One week after the quake, the duo—who are also the Sanitation Brand Ambassadors for the Nepal government—were back in Nepal. They had to cancel the remaining scheduled 18 shows, which were meant to raise money for sanitation programmes back home. Since they have been back, they have focused solely on carrying out relief work. The husband and wife have successfully rebuilt Pahari Basti, Danda Gaun, ward no 16, in Kavrepalanchok district, with the help of locals and volunteers by making earthquake-resistant houses for an Integrated Model Village</div>

<i><u><span style="font-size: large;">Pedestrians rushed to the aid of a woman and a child who were trapped underneath a car after an accident in Wengan county, Guizhou Province, on Thursday. Surveillance cameras on the street captured footage showing three people, including two children and a woman, who were trapped underneath a van after a rear-end collision in the crossing lane. Luckily, one of the children was only scraped up a bit and soon stood up by herself and then walked away, leaving the woman and another child trapped underneath. Witnessing the event, pedestrians came together to lift the van and saved out the two who were still trapped. Fortunately, the two both survived, but only suffered minor fractures.</span></u></i><div>

The process of precipitating snow is called snowfall. Snowfall tends to form within regions of upward movement of air around a type of low-pressure system known as an extratropical cyclone. Snow can fall poleward of these systems' associated warm fronts and within their comma head precipitation patterns (called such due to the comma-like shape of the cloud and precipitation pattern around the poleward and west sides of extratropical cyclones). Where relatively warm water bodies are present, for example because of water evaporation from lakes, lake-effect snowfall becomes a concern downwind of the warm lakes within the cold cyclonic flow around the backside of extratropical cyclones. Lake-effect snowfall can be heavy locally. Thundersnow is possible within a cyclone's comma head and within lake effect precipitation bands. In mountainous areas, heavy snow is possible where upslope flow is maximized within windward sides of the terrain at elevation, if the atmosphere is cold enough. The Supreme Court ordered the government not to give amnesty of UCPN-Maoist leader Balkrishna Dhungel convicted in the murder of Ujjain Shrestha of Okhaldhunga. A constitutional bench of the apex court ruled that balkrishna dhungel, sentenced to life imprisonment for the 1998 murder by the Okhaldhunga District Court, could not be pardoned for the crime. It is noted that local people’s attempts to bring the forest fire under control have become a failure.Bhattarai-led government had argued that balkrishna dhungel’s case should be dealt by the transitional justice mechanism, claiming that the matter was political in nature and Balkrishna Dhungel was granted amnesty by Baburam Bhattarai-led government who was convicted of the murder of Ujjan Shrestha of Okhaldhunga district. Against the decision, Shrestha’s sister Sabitri had filed a petition at the apex court demanding action against Balkrishna Dhungel as ordered by the Okhaldhunga District Court earlier. Badal’s move has pushed the Baidya-led CPN-Maoist, which was formed in June 2012, on the brink of yet another split. Negotiations on merger between the two Maoist parties have been going on for quite some time, but Baidya is said to have been reluctant to return to the Pushpa Kamal Dahal-led Maoist party, citing ideological differences.</div>

Those who are for unity with the mother Maoist party say they have majority in the 199-member CC. “Our first priority is to go for unification under the leadership of party chairman [Baidya]. We have decided to wait for a few days to convince him. If that fails, the unification process will start,” said Bhusal, adding that the [Badal] faction would take a formal decision after negotiations with Baidya”. Thapa enjoys support of some key leaders including Dev Gurung, Bhusal, Hitman Shakya and Lekhnath Neupane. They had parted ways with the UCPN (Maoist) in June 2012 soon after the dissolution of the first Constituent Assembly.</div>

The 2016 Magic Variety Show will include the talents of several Regina based magicians, including Steve Hamilton, Trevor and Lorena Watters and Richy Roy.“We’re really excited that the Estevan Police Association can be part of this. I think it’s a great opportunity for the city of Estevan to have something like this going on,” said Sgt. Evan Handley with the Estevan Police Service (EPS). “They go around Saskatchewan and do a quick little tour. We’re lucky to be added to their list this year.”Proceeds from the event will go to support the Estevan Family Resource Centre.The event will feature a combination of magic tricks, illusions and comedy. Handley said there’ll be some fresh material delivered onstage, and noted he’s glad it’s happening, since it’s not often such an event can be arranged to take place in the city.<div>

The Shanghai Disney Resort represents a major bet that China’s growing middle class will spend more and more of their money on travel, tourism and leisure.<br /><br />The massive project includes two hotels, a shopping district and six themed lands — Mickey Avenue, Gardens of Imagination, Fantasyland, Adventure Isle, Treasure Cove and Tomorrowland. It will dwarf the company’s parks in Hong Kong and Tokyo.<br /><br />Disney (DIS) has been talking about building a Shanghai theme park since the mid 2000s. The latest version of the project was due to open in late 2015, but construction problems and design changes pushed the date back.<br /><br />The park features storytelling and design features that Disney hopes will appeal to a Chinese audience. Shanghai’s traditional Shikumen-style architecture will be highlighted, as will themes from the Chinese zodiac.<br /><br />Related: The Force awakens Disney and other Star Wars stocks<br /><br />CEO Bob Iger told investors in November that all the major structures and landmarks were in place, and that Disney was holding job fairs in order to hire thousands of staff. The World War I and II saw the destruction of humanity that took lives of many people. The year 1945 August, during the final stage of the Second World War, the United States dropped atomic bombs on the Japanese cities of Hiroshima and Nagasaki . The two bombings, took the lives of at least 129,000 people, remain the only use of nuclear weapons for warfare in history. The August 6th is remembered every day for those whose innocent lives are ended. Thursday marks 70 years to the day since the United States dropped the world’s first atomic bomb on the Japanese city of Hiroshima. Three days later it dropped a second on the city of Nagasaki. The devastation is widely believed to have brought an abrupt end to World War Two – with Japan’s surrender. But what about the appalling human cost of the bombing? Rupert Wingfield-Hayes reports from Hiroshima. The incident of atomic bombing horrified the world and the human for their lives. Even in the present the surviving family members eventually remembered the day when hundreds of thousands died. Injured people were asking for water. But we were told not to give water because they would die after the first sip, which was true. Survivors remembered how brutal and gruesome was the period when people were dying. While the disaster’s immediate aftermath was equally fraught, a general sentiment prevailed that the challenges unfolding were preferable to being at war, according to Mrs Nakabushi. The people suffered through sad and harsh experiences. Despite all the distress, they were sure it wasn’t just them that thought, ’It’s better than war.’  For Mrs Nakabushi, the bombing – and the loss of her mother – dictated the course of her life, as was the case for thousands of traumatised hibakusha. She sees herself as one of the lucky ones: after living in Hiroshima with her father and stepmother, she married her university academic husband and moved to Osaka at the age of 25, before having three children, now in their forties. For in addition to the injuries and stress, many survivors – and later, their children – were stigmatised and rejected by Japan’s deeply homogenous society as a result of their experiences. Women suffered rejection from marriage partners fearful that they would not produce healthy babies, while employers also discriminated against hibakusha, making it difficult for them to return to the workforce. The radiation exposure has clearly not disappeared – as alarmingly reflected in the aftermath of the 2011 Fukushima crisis, when local residents were reportedly shunned from clinics and refugee camps for fear of “contaminating” other</div>
